All fees are inclusive of GST and payment processing fees. Each booking covers the 60-minute face-to-face session plus 30 minutes of clinical preparation and documentation.

Clinical Sessions

  • Initial Clinical Consultation (60 mins + 30 mins admin) | $200

    A comprehensive 90-minute clinical block. Includes 60 minutes of face-to-face assessment and 30 minutes of clinical treatment planning and intake documentation.

  • Follow-up Support Session (60 mins + 30 mins admin) | $185

    Includes 60 minutes of face-to-face therapy and 30 minutes of clinical progress notes and session preparation.

Ways to Save

  • Multi-Session Commitment: Pre-book and pre-pay for a block of 3 or more sessions to unlock a discounted rate of $175 per session. This supports continuity of care and long-term progress.

  • Registered WINZ Supplier: I am a registered Work and Income provider. If you are eligible for the Disability Allowance or other health-related support, I can provide the necessary quotes for your application to help cover session costs.

Professional Services (Out-of-Session)

Your session fee already includes 30 minutes of clinical administration. For work exceeding this standard requirement, the following rates apply:

  • Extended Clinical Reporting & Liaison | $95 per 30-min block

    (e.g., detailed reports for employers, legal documentation, or extensive coordination with external medical providers and GPs).

Practice Policies

  • The Clinical Standard: I dedicate a total of 90 minutes to every appointment (60 minutes with you, 30 minutes for your clinical record). This ensures the highest standard of care and professional accountability.

  • Secure Payment: Payments are processed via Stripe at the time of booking.

  • Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows me to offer the time to another client. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will incur the full fee.
