Initial Consultation
Rate: $154.58
Length: 75 minutes
Frequency: One-off
Your first appointment. We take the time to understand your situation, what's brought you here, and what kind of support would suit you best. Includes a holistic wellbeing assessment and a collaborative plan for the sessions ahead.
Theraputic Support Session
Rate: $130.90
Length: 55 minutes
Frequency: Weekly or fortnightly
The core of the work. Each session responds to where you are that day, whether that's processing difficult emotions, building coping strategies, problem-solving a real-life challenge, or working through something longer-term. Drawing on solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed social work practice.
Extended Session
Rate: $190.11
Length: 85 minutes
Frequency: As needed
For times when more space is needed, deeper processing, a period of heightened distress, or navigating a significant life event. May include structured talking therapy, psychoeducation, practical problem-solving, or support connecting with other services.

6-Session Package
$590 (save $70) - paid upfront. Includes initial consultation plus five sessions.
Monthly Retainer
$380 - four sessions per month with priority booking.
Delivery Note:
Sessions are delivered primarily via secure video call (telehealth), which means you can access support from wherever you are in Aotearoa. In-person sessions in the Tauranga area are available by prior arrangement.
Fees Note:
Invoices are provided for health insurance claims. A reduced fee may be considered for those experiencing genuine financial hardship, please reach out confidentially to discuss. WINZ-funded sessions may be available for those who have a disibility allowance. All fees are inclusive of GST.
